Fair: The very lightest of skin tones. Very light skin like irish and porcelain caucasions. About 15% of caucasion women fall in this catagory
Light: Light skin tones that mostly burn in the sun. About 30% of caucasion women fall in this catagory. I can wear these shades at my very lightest in the winter months.
Medium: Medium skin tone that sometimes but usually rarely burns in the sun. This is the color I wear. I am Light/Medium with dark blond hair and blue eyes. Most caucasion women would fall into this catagory.
Tan: These colors would be worn by caucasion women that are Medium/Tan complected. Alot of caucasion women would wear these colors if very tan in the summer. I have worn these colors at my tannest. Also the colors in tan can be worn by light skinned African American women.
